Pork Roast Stew

Roast Pork bout 1lb. cooked ,cut up
bout 10 mushrooms, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
1 head of broccoli, cut up
1 sweet potato, cut up
1/2 red onion, cut up
4 cups of water
Cook in oven or stove top until all vegies are cooked!
This was so good!!!
