Adventures Of Life!

Start with a bit of oil in pan, 1/2 onion, chopped and a lb. of sausage links, sliced, cook until done then add 3 tsp of Cajun Seasoning let cook for about 3 mins.  Then add 2 cans of whole tomatoes 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water(the juice from the whole tomatoes is plenty if not add more water) and 1 lb. of shrimp, thawed. Roast Pork bout 1lb. cooked ,cut up bout 10 mushrooms, cut up 1 green pepper, cut up 1 head of broccoli, cut up 1 sweet potato, cut up 1/2 red onion, cut up 4 cups of water Cook in oven or stove top until all vegies are cooked!
