Logging Project
We went out this morning after breakfast and decided to gather up some TeePee Poles and couple house logs.
Looks like we are expecting some more snow not to much accumulation so they say anyhow!

M.E.,
ReplyDeleteIt warmed a bit here today 40's, with rain. Tonight dropping and freezing to ice. Stay warm, and be safe.
Noticed your mill in the background. DH has been mulling over getting one, mind sharing your opinions on yours?
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn, this is Mary's husband Tom....I'll try not to sound like a know it all (cause I'm really not), but I have had quite a bit of experience with band saw mills over the years...
DeleteThe one I bought (in the background) is a Timber King 1220...it is made in Kansas City and they have some of the nicest people to work with on anything sawmill related. In my opinion it was the best option for our own use, as well as doing some custom cutting on the side for others. It is a very easy to set up and understand sawmill. There are a lot of brands out there and this is among the best in quality and maintenance. I would recommend this model for any beginner. Hope this helps. Thanks!
