Make rice like you normally would put your rice, water, butter then on top of water sprinkle about a 1-2 tsp of curry powder. Cook as you normally would.....tada Curry Rice!
***To add some more color try a few slices tomatoes, broccoli and bits of bacon with uncooked rice and then cook it all in the same dish....Delish!!
For ease as I am short a cook stove at the moment I use the microwave...about 15-25mins depending on the power of your microwave that is with all the goodies in it...I would imagine that about 15 mins should cook your rice just fine....Enjoy!
