Cranberry Pork Chops
This was entirely an experimental meal which turned out really good.
Lay your pork chops in a 13 x9 pan for the 350* oven. Bake for about 30 mins then add about 1 full onion chopped, 2 cans of sliced mushrooms or fresh if you like, about a cup of craisens (soft cranberries that have been dried) add enough water to the pan that it fills to about 1/2 way up the pork chops. Add seasonings to your taste. And bake until the craisens look like little grapes.
Make rice on the side......
