The stove is fired up since this morning have not seen the sun today. Looks as if we may really get some snow. We got a call from a fella that is getting the cake bin, he was suppose to be here today, but they got some snow last night and suppose to as well today like up to 12". 

This sounds like a great night to snuggle in with a good book!

Oh and I thought maybe I would let you in on a great snack I like to make for One:

Muffin in a Mug

1/4 c. flaxmeal

1/2 tsp bak pow

1 packet of splenda

cinnamon (1/2tsp-1tsp) depending on your like or whatever spice you like

1 tsp of butter

1 egg

put in cup in this order, mixing the dry together well then the wet

put in micro for a minute and tada you have a muffin!!
