Today I have been going thru pictures for the boss as he would like to have them on a thumbdrive so he can have them for always, always. I have forgotten how many pictures I have taken...Wow! Lots over the last couple years but oh some fun memories.
Today I think I will add two recipes as I made a couple great meals yesterday and today.....
Recipe #1- Sloppy Taco Salad
2 lbs of cooked ground burger
1 packet of taco seasoning(follow directions on use)
1/2 large onion cooked in with meat
1-2 cans of kidney beans cooked into meat
4 small bags of pre-mix salad or a large head of iceberg, leaf lettuce etc.
1/2 of brick grated or 1/2 medium bag of shredded cheese
couple tomatoes
can of olives, cut up
and any other vegie in your house that needs used!
1 c. of mayo and equal amount of ketchup---mix together
Trick is to mix all the hot together and mix all the cold together then just before you are ready to sit down to eat, mix the two together and add the mayo/ketchup mix......Consume right away! The lettuce does get wilty like but it is so good!

The other recipe is a pork chop dish made with rice (either white or brown), green beans, cream of mushroom soup and water. I make double for three people, place your 3 pork chops in the bottom of a baking pan then add two cans of green beans then add cup of rice then add -already mixed- 2 cans of cream of soup with water(add any wanted seasonings to this mix)- pour over the top of the whole dish sometimes I have to add a bit more water but you be the judge. Cover & cook this on a grill or oven(350*) for about 40-60 mins or until rice and meat are done thru. This is a great dish to put together and forget about it or until the timer goes off!
