Homemade Brew

Every now and again, we get the hankerin' for our home made brew. This time I used clementines, apples and cranberries. Each separate and one mixed.

No yeast. Used honey, everclear, juice,  boiled fruit and it' s juice.

We let ours sit on the wood stove for few hours then set next to stove to cool slowly. Next morning, throw in fridge for 30 days or longer.

Little bit goes a long way!
