2 Days Without


In the age of technology that we live it took two days for them to fix my phone. When he got here took him all of 15 mins to have it fixed! LOL!

Recipe: In a deep skillet melt 1/4 C of butter, 1 onion chopped, 2 Tbls of minced garlic cook until onion is done then add frozen fish fillets, shrimp until pan is full. Turn down to a simmer until the shrimp are done thru. Add seasoning of your choice. In a pot add 1 C of rice to 2 C of water , slab of butter and one broad head of broccoli chopped into little pieces. Boil then simmer just like any other time you cook rice.
