So Much To Share

Ok so we have been so busy like so many of you have!! Finally had the chance to get the garden planted!! Thanks to my hubby (yes, he planted) Wahoo!!! 60x70 planted, now it is up to God to make 'er grow!!!

This is probably going to a long winded blog this morning as there is so much to share!
About a week ago we went for a visit to a friends place in the woods (Zalma, Mo).

They own a little cabin right next to the Caster River and it was a lovely little cabin.

Made out of pallets!
While visiting we walked over to see the "Rookery" of Blue Herron's. They were awesome! They look like some prehistoric bird and then up above ya flyin round it is somethin to see!

Foot bridge they made to walk over

Nests in the trees

Blue Herron

Never seen anything like this in my travels. What a treat!

Went riding (short ride) but a ride nonetheless!
Had some storms come through that left about 4" of rain which we never turn down but just makes it a little bit difficult for traveling anywhere with all the creek crossings we have here.

Even he was looking for a dry spot!
Then the wind blew while we off at the folks place and left a mess of my laundry!

We went over yesterday to help the folks in their garden. They took their round pen to extend their garden a bit. So we all will have lots of goods to share!!

Storms will be here by the end of the week...Stay safe friends.....talk to ya soon!
