**UPDATE** we received .75" of rain....the ground sucked it up like it was it's last chance...now we should see some serious grass develop! Ya!!
Tilapia, Shrimp & Broccoli Rice
Recipe: In a deep skillet melt 1/4 C of butter, 1 onion chopped, 2 Tbls of minced garlic cook until onion is done then add frozen fish fillets, shrimp until pan is full. Turn down to a simmer until the shrimp are done thru. Add seasoning of your choice. In a pot add 1 C of rice to 2 C of water , slab of butter and one broad head of broccoli chopped into little pieces. Boil then simmer just like any other time you cook rice.
