Two Amazing People
This last year I was on Facebook and was looking around for people I knew past and present. I ran into Erin Mounsey, but I noticed that something had happened to him it was quite apparent by his looks. To be honest I was in shock! You see Erin was in an accident that included Fire! Here is his story, http://www.phoenix-society.org/downloads/_acct_/00/00/22/95/road_to_recovery_erin_mounsey.pdf . After reading his story I was anxious to know more about his wife, Melisa Scheoppler-Mounsey, who also suffered from a fiery accident and her story

These two people on separate paths trying to find their self worth again, learning to live their lives for themselves and finding God in their lives also found each other. They are very busy people, helping others deal with tragedies in their lives. It must seem to be such a comfort to others that they are willing to put themselves out there, even with everything they must have to do to prepare themselves for the everyday life! I personally am in awe of these two individuals!
Erin is currently practicing for a benefit "Dancing With The Stars", to compete on Feb 11th in Colorado. http://www.ccballet.org/ Here you can Vote for him by donating a dollar to the cause via paypal.
God never gives us more than we can handle, sometimes it seems we will never get thru our trials, but we always have to remember that our Lord is a gracious God and His Love will help us thru Always!

Oh sweetie, this is so very true!!! God promises that He will never give us more than we can handle for sure.
ReplyDeleteSometimes though He allows us to walk through the fire to draw closer to Him, to be a livin' breathin' witness for him or to strengthen our faith. That doesn't make it fun for us at the time but a necessary walk with God.
