Good Morning Folks, I am not sure what the weather is like where you are but here this morning it is cold again! 38* and the wind is blowing. Usually means we have a weather front coming. Looking over the weather yesterday they are calling for severe thunderstorms which may or may not include tornado's. You guessed it, we are in the "season" once again. I did see one meteorologist who proclaimed that there has not been one tornado in the whole united states in the month of March thus far. Which is a rarity! He said he had never seen it.....let's hope this isn't the storm that makes up for the lack of tornadoes.   **************************************************************************** Mtn Man has an interview (2 day if everything goes right) come Thursday. We have been praying and praying....all together now everybody say a little one for us please. This new job would bring big changes for the two of us but it would also bring income to pay everything...

Are you singing the tune? I seem to always have trouble finding a title for my blog posts, do you have this issue? Well a lot of the time my titles I want to put up come out of songs I have in my head...but that is a whole nother subject! Ok I promised ya more pics of the barn demolition...Are ya gettin tired of seein this? I hope not cuz here is some more.....take it away Alex for 2000... We started the day finishing up what we didn't the last time. Misc. boards with nails in them, rotten beams layin there and a pile of old hay, sheetrock and rotten boards. Then we moved onto the task of taking down the log structure. Mtn Man really wanted to be careful in this process. He was and had been thinking hard on how to do this gracefully without destroying them. For goodness sake we are handling 170 year old logs to our best guess anyhow with a small tractor and a few tools. After much discussion we decided we needed to find our big rope to attach to the logs and we will have to pull...

I really try to avoid drama although sometimes it appears in my life despite my best efforts. Life seems to cycle through people "like sands in an hourglass"..ha ha (reminds me of a soap from long ago)! My life used to be a soap opera a lot of the time but I like to think that I have out grown that. In the last couple days I have come to realize that people I held as important do not have the same feeling toward me. I have known them for the better part of 20 years so this one hurts to my heart. I have been struggling with this for the last five years really and in the last few days have realized that loving them for so long sometimes we have to let them go. I believe that is really what they want anyhow. I feel that they have no need for me anymore...so like a mother bird letting her young go I say "Fly baby Fly". Maybe now they won't feel so obligated to me. I am letting ya off the hook if that was all you needed wish you had told me sooner. May you will find...
